EchoPulse is an AI-powered storytelling platform that delivers personalised, bite-sized story chapters on an unpredictable schedule. The service is provided by EchoPulse (“we”, “us”, “our”) and is accessible at echopulse.one and app.echopulse.one.

You must be at least 13 years old to use EchoPulse. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Story chapters are generated by AI (OpenAI GPT models) based on your preferences. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or not to your taste — this is inherent to AI generation.

AI Disclaimer: Content generated by EchoPulse is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute advice of any kind. EchoPulse makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content.

You may not use AI-generated stories for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Your inputs: You retain ownership of any story preferences, prompts, or customisation you provide.

Generated content: AI-generated story chapters are provided to you under a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for your private enjoyment. EchoPulse retains all other rights to the generated content.

Platform: All EchoPulse branding, design, software, and non-generated content remains the exclusive property of EchoPulse.

You agree not to: attempt to extract, scrape, or reproduce AI-generated content at scale; use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; circumvent our rate limits or security measures; impersonate other users or EchoPulse staff; or use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

If you enable push notifications, you consent to receiving alerts when story chapters are delivered. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.

EchoPulse currently offers a free tier. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed before any charge is made.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of $10 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration under JAMS rules — you waive the right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
